Use your domain’s cPanel URL (usually yourdomain.com/cpanel) and log in.
Inside cPanel, scroll to the Domains section and click Zone Editor.
You will see a list of domains. Click Manage next to the domain where you want to add DNS records.
At the top-right, click Add Record or choose the specific type:
Add A Record
Add CNAME Record
Add MX Record
Add TXT Record
Add SRV Record
Add AAAA Record
Depending on the record type:
Name: @ or your subdomain
Address: Your server IP
TTL: Auto or 300
Name: e.g., www
CNAME: e.g., yourdomain.com
Name: @
Record: e.g., SPF, DKIM, verification codes
Priority: e.g., 10
Destination: mail server hostname
Click Save Record.
Changes usually take 5–30 minutes, sometimes up to 24 hours globally.
